Q - How much will my limousine cost?

A -  PromLimosDFW.com offers a special Prom Package.  The price depends on the size and style of limousine desired. 

*Cost divided by the seating capacity of the vehicle.

All of our Prom Packages include

• Six hours of service.
• Free sodas, bottled water, and ice.
• School color napkins.
• Chauffeur gratuity included.
• No hidden fuel or service charges.

Most groups like to try to split up the package price among those going.  Since we require a credit card from one of the parents involved we suggest the following:

• Designate one person responsible for booking the limo and interacting with the limo company.
• Get a non-refundable deposit early on from each person or couple.  (to make sure they are serious and will not back out later)
• We will have to have a credit card from that person's parent as well as a "Parental Consent Form"  on file.
• We will charge a "non-refundable deposit" to secure your reservation.

Q - What if we go over the six hours?

A - The hourly amount in the "Additional Hours" column applies.

Q - How do we pay?

A - Cash or Credit Card

We will accept either cash or credit cards.  However, we must have a credit card authorized by a responsible parent to guarantee the reservation.

Q - What about safety and reliability?

A - You can depend on reliable on time service because:

Q - What will my parents want to know?

A - They will appreciate the fact that we have a no non-sense approach to their concerns.  We want them to be able to relax since you have chosen a company which is ethical and responsible. For this reason have them look at the "Parental Consent" page on this website.

Q - What are the deportment rules in the limousine?

A - First of all, have fun!  But we also require the following:

• No alcoholic beverages can be consumed in or during the rental of the limousine.
• Do not stand up in the moon roof when the vehicle is underway.
• We will not put more people in the limousine than the rated seating capacity.
• Everyone who begins with the group must return with the group. (unless pre-arranged with parents and company)

Q -  Any last minute tips to make the prom limousine more fun?

A -  Yes!

Getting Started: Should we all be picked up at one location or have each couple picked up separately? It does not matter to us, however, going from house to house adds to the amount of time getting under way to your dinner reservations or to the prom.  Lets face it, parents will be parents and they will want you to pose for pictures at each location. (they can't help themselves)  We suggest that everyone meets at one house so that this can be done at one time.  But it's up to you.

Music: Don't forget your favorite CDs!  You probably wouldn't like ours.  Just remember to keep track of them at the end of the evening. 

The Grand Arrival: One of the reasons to rent a limousine is for the ultimate in luxury and style.  Let the chauffeur open the door and assist the ladies in exiting the vehicle.  The chauffeur will give you his card with his cell number so you may alert him when you are ready to leave.
