PromLimosDFW.com Parental Consent Information

      The following are our rules concerning renting a limousine for a prom.  We want everyone to have a good time, but, most importantly a safe time.  Years of prom rentals have allowed us to balance these two interests.

• All limousines are rented under the responsible parent's name. (students cannot contract for limousines)
• "Parental Consent Form"  must be faxed or mailed to us before the prom date.
• A "Credit Card Authorization" must be provided for a guarantee on the reservation.
• We must confirm the above via telephone.
• We must have a phone number for the responsible parent during the time of the prom.
